General Shipping Information
- Orders placed before 2:00 pm EST, we generally ship out the same day Monday - Friday
- Orders placed after 2:00 pm EST will ship the next day Monday - Friday.
- Please note any order placed Saturday or Sunday will not ship until Monday.
- Free shipping on orders over $75 with code Freeship in the continental U.S*. Please note saddles are excluded and have a flat rate of $50.00.
Orders are shipped USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, or UPS Ground, depending on the weight and value of the item.
We currently do not process international on our web site. However, we do sell internationally if the items are purchased and paid for on Ebay or Amazon. Curbside Pick-Up:
Free Curbside Pick Up is available for our local customers. You can place your order online or call us at 502-245-4672. Upon receipt of payment, we will get your item ready for you and text you when it is ready for pickup. Typically Curbside orders are ready within 1 hour during regular business hours.
Physical Store and Web Site/Phone Order Return/Exchange Policy:
- Items purchased in our store or through our web site can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit EXCEPT for saddles and Clearance Items which must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Saddles: Please refer to our Online Saddle Trial Policy.
- Items must be in new condition with original tags and packaging.
- Refunds will be given in the same form of currency used for the purchase.
- All custom orders, including customized belts, nameplates, and special items ordered specifically for you are not returnable for refund, exchange or store credit. All custom orders must be prepaid.
- For items that were shipped, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless we shipped an item to you in error. If you need to make an exchange, we will ship the exchange to you for free unless the item is a saddle. A saddle exchange shipping fee is a flat rate of $50.00
