Physical Store and Web Site/Phone Order Return/Exchange Policy :
- Items purchased in our store or through our web site can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit EXCEPT for saddles and Clearance Items which must be returned within 7 days of purchase. If you are getting shipped a saddle, once delivered, you have 7 days to try it. It must ship back on the 8th day to us if you need to return it.
- Items must be in new condition with original tags and packaging.
- Refunds will be given in the same form of currency used for the purchase.
- All custom orders, including customized belts, nameplates, and special items ordered specifically for you are not returnable for refund, exchange or store credit. All custom orders must be prepaid.
- For items that were shipped, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless we shipped an item to you in error. If you need to make an exchange, we will ship the exchange to you for free unless the item is a saddle. A saddle exchange shipping fee is a flat rate of $50.00 (or $75 if a Butet saddle)
